About Us

With over 20 years in the Customer Service/Support/Educational industries; graduate of Mercer University and have since found my passion in Real Estate, I bring a wide array of multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to be detailed-oriented; keeping my customer's needs first. The buying and selling process requires patience, knowledge, diligence and the willingness to produce results. I believe in educating clients to give them the information needed to make informative decisions; working as hard as needed in order to represent my customers while using the latest in real estate technology. We also have previous experience working as a Referral Manager in Real Estate which allows extensive opportunities for agents. A Georgia native Cierra has always enjoyed the charm the South has to offer. As a child, her passion for real estate grew when she accompanied her mother on her own interior design jobs. Cierra has been an active member of her community the past 7 years working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. With her dedication and drive to go above and beyond helping others, she is excited to be turning that focus towards real estate. Cierra feels fortunate to have discovered, through her godparents as her mentors that guide her as seasoned brokers, a unique way of working in real estate that aligns with her personal and professional values; working by referral means that she focuses on her clients and their needs with a long-term perspective, helping clients with real estate issues or questions wherever and whenever they arise. When she’s not out scoping the new construction, you can find Cierra at home living the modern day mom life with her son.
